How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your Tranquil Panda order within 5–7 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing your tracking details.

You can use these details to follow the progress of your delivery. If you have any questions about your order or haven't received your tracking information, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders, so there are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.

Where will my order be delivered from?
We work with a carefully selected network of fulfilment and manufacturing partners to deliver our collections.

Depending on product availability, items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately. Where this happens, you will not be charged any additional delivery fees.

International orders
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs requirements. Any applicable duties or taxes will be shown or communicated where relevant.
