Price Promise: At Tranquil Panda we don't believe in price gimmicks or hiking up our prices artificially to only drop them massively at sale times, our price promise is that all of our current collections will never be on sale store wide, we provide a fair price all year round to our valued customers.
The only time you will find out products discounted is on the rare occasion that we run a special promotion to try and make our brand initially more accessible to first time customers, to help develop trust in the quality of our product and brand (such as the first time buyer discount we offer) or in the outlet section where you may find a small selection of either end of season or sample items which will be sold at a discount.
Quality: Our products are designed to the highest standards, using only the best quality materials and fabrics to ensure customer satisfaction
How We Work: We ship directly from our manufacturer to our customers, no warehouses, no fancy packaging and no high street stores allow us to give you the same quality as our high end competitors at a fraction of the price
Transparency: We will regularly be uploading content of our products to our Instagram page to show you them in person so you can buy with confidence
Social Conscience: We believe that as a retailer we have a duty to preserve the environment and to do our part we are partnering with the charity One Tree Planted to plant 1 tree for each item of apparel that we sell from our range.
Delivery: Our friendly courier service aims to deliver your order directly from our manufacturers right to your doorstep in 5-10 working days.
