Refund policy

At Tranquil Panda, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. We carefully design our collections with comfort, quality, and everyday wearability in mind, and we encourage all customers to review our sizing guides and product details before ordering.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or marks
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Not show signs of excessive trying-on or wear

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until safely received by us. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.

To help minimise unnecessary returns and over-ordering, detailed sizing guidance is available on all product pages. If you are unsure before purchasing, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help with sizing advice.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund
